My parents have live in tangent oregon for 55+ years. They were one of the first to move here in this park 32 years ago. Was a great place for them then. Now it's a horrible place to live. Rent goes up way to much every year. Parking for visitors is basically nonexistent. Manager has 5 spots. Why? Management is horrible. They are making it impossible on the elderly who have lived there from the beginning. Rules change all the time. Don't live here unless you want to be managed by California in a small town. Terrible, welcome to a trailer park residence where the owner cares more about himself than the community. If you ask a question, prepare to gain no information because they right there own rules as they go. If you like having guests over, prepared to be monitored how often they are over because they will tow you.
