Long wait but that was to be expected. Treated Maverick well and thoroughly went over options with me for his care. Not inexpensive but not horrible. Only thing I didn't like was they took him into the back room right away and did their exam and everything there without me. I like being with my cat!
I was surprised how scared the vet and techs were at touching an animal. The slightest meow had them jumpy. The reason I brought my pet in wasn't resolved and it should have been. Instead there were unnecessary tests run with a promise of even more tests in the future. I left with a bad feeling. (Grand Marais Office)
I cannot rave more about the staff at Lake County Veterinary Clinic! I called out of the blue, my dog was never a patient there, and on a random weekday since my dog could not walk. They squeezed me in same day within 2 hours of my call before emergency services. As soon as I walked in the staff was doting and very caring! Doctor Mark, has been amazing and supportive during my dogs injury. His aftercare and communication is next to none. He is an amazing man and we will be switching vet clinics due to his care during these times. Word can not describe how thankful I am Doctor Mark. Unfortunately Doctor Mark is no longer there and new doctor lost my business
