Robert Stephen Glueckart is the worst Chief Tax Assessor in the country. He has illegally taken the federally mandated Property Tax exemptions from numerous Lake County Disabled Veterans that are permanently and totally unemployable and unable to work. A permanently and totally designation doesn’t change. It’s forever. This has caused their mortgages to skyrocket to $2200.00 and above, placing them in risk of foreclosure.
