I paid my property taxes online on time. I received proof that they were paid. The money was not pulled from my account. I reached out to ask why it wasn't and was told I must have typed my memorized account number incorrectly. I then mailed a paper check immediately with the installment 1 paper. 15 days later, it still was not received. I was encouraged to make a phone payment, which I did. I called to ask for documents regarding proof of me paying my property taxes. The man I spoke to, over the phone claimed his computer was not working and could not help me. He advised me to go to the website. Well, I went to the website, and it was not as user friendly as he said. When I called back for additional help, someone on the other line hung up on me. No help at all, and these individuals clearly don't like working with others. Maybe find another line of business.

I had to wait 55 minutes to speak with someone over the phone, and the lady was very rude. It’s a disgrace to the taxpayers who are forced to endure its dismal service.

I have been trying for hours to pay my tax bill that was a day late. My husband died on August 11. I have also tried to take his name off our tax bill. Dennis Rosen. There should be an easy way
