In the last 6 years, I've needed to go there twice. Both times I was done an back in my car within 20 minutes. Staff is super helpful and takes all the stress out of dealing with a bureaucracy.
Property taxes for May and November 2026 were paid on April 23, 2026, the system is saying my installment for May is passed due but my payment for November has been PAID
I called to find out how much was owed and the call was answered quickly and the lady was very helpful even giving the due date. When I went on the site to pay my grandmother's taxes, and was not able to. I got everything in the cart only to not be able to access the items in the cart. I got a screen listing the additional charges for a CC vs E-Check and would not allow me to go forward, just back. It was due today and since their cart is NOT working, I am certain they will try to charge the extra 5%. I did video me trying. ... read more
