I called to find out how much was owed and the call was answered quickly and the lady was very helpful even giving the due date. When I went on the site to pay my grandmother's taxes, and was not able to. I got everything in the cart only to not be able to access the items in the cart. I got a screen listing the additional charges for a CC vs E-Check and would not allow me to go forward, just back. It was due today and since their cart is NOT working, I am certain they will try to charge the extra 5%. I did video me trying. ... read more
Usually an ok experience when I call to find out how much I owe for property taxes. Today I had the rudest lady answer the phone giving me so much attitude. If you’re gonna call then be prepared to have patience with rude customer service !!
Answered the phone right away. Answered my question right away and is sending the tax bill to me. Perfect.
Positive experience with helpful and friendly attendants for a dreadful event - paying property taxes. 😆
