Communication and customer service is top notch. Chad had to deal with a very difficult customer "that's me" and showed great patience. Once I finally decided on the trailer I was going with, "24ft Haulmark Heat" he got me hooked up and out of there in 15-20 minutes. I would 100% recommend seeing Chad if their in the market for a trailer.
Awesome buy with them. They even found errors on the trailer from Manufacturer and had them correct the mistakes without us getting involved. People that take responsibility are far and few between, These are some of them.
