The street view picture for LCPA looks like a dead end. Althogh I'm sure there is a real building, a dead end is appropriate. Billing, coverage and other issues are a fact of life with HMO coverage. Often it requires getting the provider and the insurance co. on the same page. Unfortunately LCPA will not respond or speak with the insured at all. Making resolutions impossible. If I could give LCPA zero stars I would. I'm changing my coverage just to get rid of them.
