Absolute best physical therapy clinic. Joe and Nayeli are awesome, caring and professional. I highly recommend Lake County Hoffman Estates to anyone in need of therapy. Ozzie Abalde.
Literally terrible. I know first hand from this clinic that they do not emphasize cleaning and I watched as patients used the same equipment over and over again without it being cleaned. The main PT and owner of the company took many phone calls during the appointment and the phone rang many times, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
