I don't know what happened but it seems like they got it together pretty well. They got to me quickly and took care of everything I needed.

Avoid it if you can. I was told on phone to run by and pick up a couple completed immunization forms after transferring states. I had turned the required items in a week earlier. “Would be real quick” she said. Ran over there and 6 workers were standing around doing absolutely nothing but gossiping and didn’t have the forms ready. Apparently, they also don’t know how to use a computer to print the forms again? Had to wait for a nurse to do an administrative task.
