Me and my father on different days appointments were given away. We where told we can see what we can do. They have you verify your appointment 3 times up until the very day of appointment. We both showed them verifications in phone threw text messages. You have to wait for these appointments sometimes months out. They need to fix this issue.
They are very caring and good with my multiple handicapped sister in law.
