Dirty and disorganized. Also, I walked in and no one acknowledged my existence. But when another person walked in, they immediately called them over. There are a lot of blind spots in the lobby, but I was standing right next to the person they called over. My last visit, they had me swab myself (vaginally) and their urine cups looked like plastic solo cups with no lids. They didn't provide a castille towlette either to mitigate contamination. Great staff, love the doctors but the wait is months and phone service scheduling is horrible. I waited several months for an appointment, I was called twice for confirmation for which I verbally confirmed. I arrived 17 minutes early just to be told my appointment was cancelled that same morning because I didn't confirm, when I, in fact, did. So now I need to wait another several months just to possibly have it cancelled again because the phone staff didn't update their notes.
Very kind and helpful staff up front and the medical team super nice.
