Real review. My Nexplanon was expired and without having health insurance, getting a replacement is expensive. I called the health department hoping there would be some kind of options and there were. 1st they go by a sliding scale of what you make meaning it doesn’t matter how much you make. (I make good money) 2 they were able to get me in for my annual exam within a week. (Only cost me $100 for the FULL exam) 3 the following week I was scheduled for removal and install. This department is sad, why do DMV workers in lake county get paid more than medical field workers ? It's kinda crazy how this place is so short staffed and they don't seem to understand what , who and why is the reason for that. Watch ur high up officials , it's easy to say they didn't know or it wasn't them but when you do a deep dive you might find them high ups covered their butts and passed the buck and will continue to do so . Was told on the phone I was able to get tested. Went to this location and was told that they would not test me. Was told that to go elsewhere. I have insurance and they would not except my insurance. Will never go here ever again

After years of going there they dropped me as a patient and told me to get a referral from my Primary care, but they were my primary care. The people are nice mostly but they need to get their situation together.
