Great and quick service
For 2 years myself and others have been chasing water intrusion into the trunk of my 2008 BMW 328i hard top convertible which has multiple drain lines. Took the car to Lake County Euros for a diagnostic inspection.... Success... They pinpointed the issue and suggested a remedy. Taylor and his professional team spent time and walked me through their inspection complete with photos. Had a great customer experience... well worth the cost.

Took our 2020 A6 in for the DSG service and engine oil change. They quoted me 3.5 hours and had it done in about 2.5, and the price was a bit lower than originally quoted. You can definitely tell the entire team cares about what they do. I informed Frankie that my car would be out of warranty soon and to let me know if any other problems were found. Told me to bring my car in for an hour so that they could diagnose the problem, seemed pretty confident he knew what it was, after the hour I was told about things like leaks, brakes, tires, etc. and was told it would take another 4 hours to drop a part off the car to diagnose the original problem and they didn’t feel confident pulling another part to diagnose through the motor.
