When you find an honest shop, you let people know. They did an a/c service on my '94 Ford E350 van, oil and filter change, which is no small deal - this beast takes 9 quarts 😎 - and discovered some previous service had stripped the drain plug threads. New drain plug, cold a/c, fresh oil and filter. Van runs like a top - a cool top. Fair price as well. I'll be back. Next up - full chassis lube - another chore b/c the beast has a LOT of grease xerks.
Excellent customer service! Eric is a great communicator! He listened to my needs and learned how I plan to use the car. He then made suggestions based on the services they provide and the age of the car. Eric maintained good communication throughout the diagnostic phase. The price was fair, and although they are closed on weekends, they do afterhours drop off, remote payment, and were willing to hold my vehicle for a few days after the job was complete.
Willis does AMAZING work! Eric, at the counter, is super friendly and informative. Highly recommend!!
To have LCAS as a part of the community is a true blessing! I've brought two cars to them so far and each time they are completly transparent with the repairs that are needed, take all my phone calls and questions with patience, kindness, and understanding, and they take the time to explain their recommendations in detail. They really go above and beyond the standard mechanic shop by making you feel like family, and they certainly deserve the trust of their community. 15/10 would recommend!
