Poor, Poor customer service, just about the worst i've encountered in rice lake, never returned a phone call. Must not care if they sell anything or not. Ace Hardware helped us. Cumberland has an ace hardware as well.
Recently called to see what brand chainsaws they sell, so I could get a replacement part for mine. The lady on the phone was extremely rude. The hours they are open are absolutely terrible. I told her I would be in tomorrow or Saturday morning. She replied we are not open tomorrow. We are open again on Monday. When Google says they are open 7am to 11am Saturday. I will be taking my business to the internet.
