very smart in all phases of repairs stands behind there products they sell and very informative
Customer service is a joke. Needed repair for my pellet stove. Explained I work in Auburn but live in Seneca Falls. Told me they would call me in the afternoon to let me know when they were heading to my home and I would leave work and meet them at my house. Called me at 10:00am and wanted me to leave work. When I said that is not possible I was told then I guess there is nothing we can do for you
