Rediculous!!! Our house burnt down last June . Just live in our basement with only a few things plugged in. Bill is $350+ every month!!!!! DUMB!!! Should be allowed power company options and choices. RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED!!!!!!!!
We own a small (700 Sq Ft) lake home in their service area, purchased fall 2018. We also own a larger home (5700 finished sq ft with unfinished basement) in the twin cities. Our power bill for 2-3 weekends per month is 2-3 times HIGHER than my everyday home! I thought something was wrong with the set up or bill. I called, nope the rates are just that high. Way too long to restore power I don't know the extent of outages but my experience with other power utilities was better. The map for the outages is very difficult to find your own location I reported my outage this morning and my id number was not on the site however I do want to thank the crews it's hot tough working conditions and you are appreciated. Admin please try to improve the website outage map it leaves a lot to be desired. Thank you RGE
New subscriber June 1stGreat experience getting onboarded. Power outage 6-21-22. Website wire updates were ok but very hard to follow as to time of expected return. Could not locate an App available to help track progress. Suggest app for convenience a new postings to progress. Been with MN Power last 24 years and the app is fantastic for emergency situations.
We stopped in for a break in a 10 hour road trip. It was a little too crowded but it was a Sunday. The reviews said "great coffee" but it wasn't. It was ok. The burger was great. The fish sandwich had tooi h breading. Our server was excellent!!!
