I absolutely love my peditrican, she's very sweet and understanding. I recommend this place! They also do NOT push vaccines
Dr. Kopp-Jurss consistently speaks TO my child, not about her, and includes her in all parts of her exam. We always have a great experience here!
Not interested at all with how they do things, been going since my daughter was a newborn she is now almost 2. They need to make it more child friendly. Older Receptionist needs to be more friendly and inviting. Will not recommend this place to anyone, will not be returning.
Having come from Tosa Pediatrics I was really hopeful for a similar kindness and quality of care. The reception at the Delafield location is very rude. You are spoken to like you are an inconvenience. Which is especially hard when you have sick kids in tow. We stayed here for months in hope that my first experience was abnormal or someone was having an off day. Unfortunately it was the norm. Sad to see such poor service in such a wonderful community.
