Tim was able to diagnose my issues with my Mastercraft over the phone. In short order, his guys were able to repair my boat at our dock. Excellent experience, thank you!
Tim located a hard-to-find replacement fuel pump for my aging Master Craft and Matt with help from Tim worked late on Friday night to repair my boat so I could have it for all our children and grandchildren to enjoy Memorial Day weekend. That’s superior customer service.
Informed my boat motor was blown and needed to be replaced by this business. Sold the boat only to be informed by the new owner the coil wires were reversed. 10 minutes to repair.
Guys jumped on my pull in boat issues, diagnosed it promptly to be a fuel pump issue, but now I have to 3 weeks and drive back 2 hrs to pick it up when done. I will write a final review on pick up and a dash around lake Gaston.
