DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. We had Tommy come out and paid $160 to have him look at our boat. He promised to show up the next day with the needed part, at no extra cost, and then never showed. We called countless times and even sent multiple messages. He was extremely rude and dismissive and did not seem to .care at all that he ruined our opportunity to take our family out on our boat. Tim located a hard-to-find replacement fuel pump for my aging Master Craft and Matt with help from Tim worked late on Friday night to repair my boat so I could have it for all our children and grandchildren to enjoy Memorial Day weekend. That’s superior customer service.
