I'm close to 80 years old and have experienced many dentists through the years. I have NEVER experienced a freezing injection that I never felt even a twinge of pain. Dr. Jon Mitchell administered that injection! Hands down the best dental hygienist I've ever had, "Peeta". She explained absolutely everything in "patient terms" to me, pros & cons of what I needed done. She was honest about what I truly needed, what could wait, and what the potential consequences might be if I chose not to proceed. I might add, Dr. Townsend is an outstanding dentist, he's very personable and caring.
