If you’re looking for a dentist, please read this. I’ve been going to Lake Country Family Dentistry for 2 years and have never been disappointed. Last weekend, my mom was visiting from Calgary when her filling fell out—sharp, painful, and her dentist back home couldn’t see her for weeks. I told her to take a chance and try mine. She walked in Friday morning, and they saw her right away. Fixed the tooth, stopped the pain, and her Alberta insurance even covered it. I was unfortunate enough to require a triple root canal. Two hours. Not an overly enjoyable experience but necessary. Dr Townsend and assisting dental technician worked as a team anticipating each others needs and support while keeping the humour going thoughout. Today.... a followup call to check on my wellbeing. At this point they will never deserve 1 star!! Appalled with the follow up at this place. I had an outstanding amount not payed by my insurance, and they decided to contact a 16 year ( with texts only to scheduled a cleaning) not my self to pay the amount. Come today to find out they have taken me to collection for 86 dollars!! I would have payed had i even known about 86 dollers, Like its 86 dollors!!!
