They charged me and then charged my insurance for an eye exam. Then tried to charge me and my insurance for glasses, that I specified I wanted only my insurance to pay. I won't ever go back. What a rip off!
They were very friendly and very professional. And very helpful
The video visit with optometrist was easy and quick and efficient! One reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that one employee at check out was less than friendly. I’ll continue to get eye exams here because I’m overall satisfied with the experience.
As I waited for my prescription to be finalized, the Dr came back on the screen. The tech goes back in and closes the door. Still there when i left. Were they discussing me? Made me feel as they were.....
Arrived on time and they were prepared for my visit. The staff presented themselves with excellent customer service and felt right at home. Very pleased with my glasses and experience.
