I saw Dr Ashley Finnell today for a standard eye exam, and she was outstanding! Very professional, very understanding, and very thorough. Definitely a five star experience. I highly recommend her and the staff at Lake Country Eye Care in Hartland.
I arrived at 8:39 for my 8:30am appointment. (I checked my Google timeline) They made me wait 10 minutes in their waiting room, and then told me my appointment had been canceled because I was more than 10 minutes late.
I had a great experience here. Dr. Finnell was professional and identified things that had not been identified at previous places. Staff was friendly and helpful in picking out new frames and talking through insurance coverage.
