I arrived at 8:39 for my 8:30am appointment. (I checked my Google timeline) They made me wait 10 minutes in their waiting room, and then told me my appointment had been canceled because I was more than 10 minutes late.
I had a great experience here. Dr. Finnell was professional and identified things that had not been identified at previous places. Staff was friendly and helpful in picking out new frames and talking through insurance coverage.
Dr. Dentz is fantastic. She came in on a Saturday to exam my eyes and I wasn't even her patient. I am now. She also has a great bedside manner!! She's my doctor now!

I'd highly recommend making Lake Country Eye Care your choice for vision care. I've been a patient for two years and couldn't be happier. I've seen Dr. Baldus and Dr. Finnell - both are excellent doctors who provide stellar service. I can't say enough nice things about their support staff as well. LCEC is easily the best vision care provider I've been too in my nearly 30 years of needing glasses/contacts!
