Great condo for many different reasons.
Younger people are moving in as places are being sold. Nice, friendly community. Limited restrictions unlike other associations.
Pros: In-ground pool, tennis courts. Well maintained grounds. Cons: Primarily an elderly community. If you're not retired you never feel welcome. Overly strict condo association rules. Place was built in the 70s and it shows inside and out of units. Very small garages & driveways so large SUV's and trucks are a no-go.
