Excellent customer service and my pets have been treated with care. We buy our pet food here for one of our kitty's because she needs a specific food and they almost always have it available when needed.
My experience at this vet office has been exceptional and I will continue to have my animal treated here, where my family live, despite living in Ottawa. The team here prioritize service, honest communication and animal care above sales and all else. The Vet Tech provided helpful information about nutrition and emerging animal care information and the veterinarian is clearly experienced and competent. The team at Lake Country is truly one of a kind. They are such a great group and you know they truly care about their clients. Both Dr. Kathy and Dr. Hilary are outstanding with our dogs and cats and really take the time to explain what they are doing/what is going on. We have had a few urgent situations with our pets where they did what they could to squeeze us in and get our boys healthy again!
