better than VCA Roanoke Animal Hospital but i don't like how they put cats and dogs in the same kennel area. My housecat *who is terrified of going to the doctor and all the noise* always comes back with fleas. I also don't like how she goes at 8am to be checked in for a bath and when I pick her up at 5 she is still soaked, like the did her last minute. God forbid if it is cold outside. But I do feel the doctors are much nicer than VCA, I got the idea they were using excessive force with my kitty there.
Great Veterinarians and staff I have taken my pets here for a few years and even though it's not the biggest and best facility around they are great with animals. My cats and dogs haveall had routine procedures done here and I have never had a problems. They are very knowledgable and make sure you are aware of all your options. Of the two vets in town this one is way cheaper than the other but don't let the prices fool you, they are very qualified.
