I needed to find an appraiser in the Conroe area for a cash deal. I reviewed all appraisers and chose Brandon with Lake Conroe Appraisals. Thank God I did. He explained the process and I did not tell him sales price just go in and give me his value unbiased. Well the appraisal came back lower than I expected. He doesn't favor sides for anyone who is wanting a higher or lower appraisal. Our appraisal seemed pretty accurate in my opinion.

Very professional and detailed appraiser my only regret is that I didn't hire him years sooner he is extremely organized and keeps his appointments
I use to be a real estate broker in Clear Lake and Kingwood years ago and have never run across an appraiser so thorough and accurate as Lake Conroe Appraisers. I used them to value my lake front property and was amazed at the detail and accuracy. Also, being an analytical person I followed up with a number of questions that they answered with even more detail. They are the best I have done business with.
