Outstanding Service. The staff was incredible. Informative, compassionate, polite and professional. The nurses, doctors, lab techs, food service and the cleaning personnel were all friendly and caring. I was speechless. Being hospitalized for eight days really affected me emotionally. However, the entire staff made me feel comfortable and seen. God bless them all. I will forever be grateful.
Bad experience this time around, the triage APRN talked to me and treated me like a kindergartener and totally ignored my concerns. I was put into a room and was left for several hours and wasn't checked on. I had to push my call button to get someone's attention. After they did CT scan and got the results was told to just follow up with my doctor and again I was ignored and dismissed. Very disappointed in my experience
I received amazing and friendly care from all staff I interacted with…and the food was really good.
When people aren’t feeling well and suffered a concussion, possible TIA, they don’t want to be sitting in a chair for more than 5 hours. No one would update my med list.
