Unbelievably great service and value! The biggest differentiator however with Lake City Mechanical, by far, is the trust & integrity. I had an poor experience with other HVAC companies I consulted with, so thanks for saving the day Lake City and the new system is working great!
Lake City Mechanical provided exceptional service for a replacement of my hot water heater. They communicated well, were up front with all costs, arrived on time and completed the work with no issues. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable, leaving a clean workspace behind when he left.

Great experience with Lake City Mechanical, Ian and his apprentice Liam replaced our hot water tank today. Everything about the process was exceptional, first they responded to our inquiry on a stat holiday, just to make sure we were not without water! Next they fully explained our options for tanks and the pros and cons for each system.
