Great experience with Lake City Mechanical, Ian and his apprentice Liam replaced our hot water tank today. Everything about the process was exceptional, first they responded to our inquiry on a stat holiday, just to make sure we were not without water! Next they fully explained our options for tanks and the pros and cons for each system. From the photos I sent, they were able to determine that I also needed and expansion tank and explained why, as well as it's function.
