Horrible experience! Equipment failed and they refused to help resolve the issue. Tried to place blame on the architect. Was evasive and dismissive and wouldn't answer phone calls. Better hope there are no issues after the job is done, because they won't stand behind their work. Have had two negative experiences with this contractor. Will never use again and definitely don't recommend. Scabby work and unprofessional. Seem to only care about getting paid. No customer service. On your own once the job is done.
