Let me start by saying never use this service department. We have not had a truck for a month now and the only problem is a blown head gasket. When me and my fiancé call all they do is give us the run around and tell us both different stories. They called me today and told me the inspector had already been out they were calling the extended warranty company to see if they were going to cover it and would call me right back.
