5 months I have been without my truck due to a recall that was faulty and caused more damage. I have spoken to the service writers who tell me the service manager is never available. The GM seems to have the same issue. The lack of communication or responsibility is rampant at this place. I use my truck for work and have lost in excess of $60,000 due to this dealership’s incompetence. Legal representation is being sought and emails are being sent to FCA and Stellantis. Trust a crackhead before trusting this dealership

Stay away from this place they are scammers and liars if you want to know more about my experience in this business I invite you to ask me and I will gladly tell you and I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General of the State of Florida

Sent a mailer claiming that I had won a prize. The mailer was deceptive, and made it look like I had potentially won $1K cash, so despite my misgivings, I went up to receive it, and got a cardboard VR headset as the prize. A total bait and switch, and if that's how they do business, I wouldn't trust buying a car from them.
