Went in to cash a check and Carrol the women in her late 70s does not like tattoos at all and acted like I had a stolen check and told me they could not cash it drove to the DuPont branch and cashed it with not a problem very sad Carrol likes to profile times have changed
I was helped by Nichole to set up an account and I was very pleased. She responded fast to emails, gave me a call when I needed assistance, and was very pleasant to work with. I appreciated the human interaction (not automated) and how easy she was to work with!
