I recently visited your Illinois road branch in SW Allen County to cash a reward check from a state competition for my minor. During my visit, your employee, Teresa, unfortunately gave us so much difficulties in cashing the check, which was issued by your bank. We have an account here and were discriminated against. Very rude older woman does not like our racial composition. We were told over the phone that we could do something simple that is done easily at any bank we have ever been with. Even had it verified by the branch manager. When we arrived, we dealt with the gentleman on the phone who got our request approved by management. Always a great experience at this branch when cashing my checks. The ladies are always in a great mood and leave me laughing/smiling.
