The Illinois Road branch is my go to location! The staff is always helpful and friendly. I was in there today with some questions and Eric answered every one with patience. If I have questions or need anything out of the ordinary Eric has been the guy to help!
I've banked with Lake City for years. Visited this branch on a Saturday after a holiday. Staff was extremely busy but remained professional, friendly, and courteous. Teresa helped me and was positively wonderful.
Every visit I've made to the Illinois Road branch has been a very pleasant experience. The staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming. Eric has been especially helpful and has consistently gone above and beyond to assist me with any questions or banking needs. His knowledge, patience, and excellent customer service make each visit easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and highly recommend this branch.

I recently visited your Illinois road branch in SW Allen County to cash a reward check from a state competition for my minor. During my visit, your employee, Teresa, unfortunately gave us so much difficulties in cashing the check, which was issued by your bank. It was frustrating to see her uncertainty and made the numerous nonsense phone calls. She firmly told us she could not cash the check for us, which left my young child feeling very disappointed.
