Been having problems with my truck since it left there.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First off if the owner dosen't get rid of this girl (Kelsey) at the front desk she will decline his business. The girl is just rude to customers and just is not polished ( as my mom would say) at all. I bought my 2018 Benz there for repair and was just given the run around. Highly Recommended! I was referred to Lake City Auto Care by Fixed.com, and today was my first time using their services. When I arrived, the mechanics were having a team meeting, which really impressed me—it showed their dedication to teamwork and professionalism. As a single woman, I felt completely comfortable leaving my car in the hands of this great team of gentlemen. Fixed.com referred me to Lake City Auto Care 🚙Today was my first day using lake city Auto Care ams the mechanics were having a team meeting ( I was impressed ) 😀and as a single lady I was very comfortable leaving my car with this team of gentleman ! Mr Adrianne listen to my concerns and tackled the items and called me with updates thru out the day . Just like others have already stated, this shop has bad customer service and their main objective is charging you a $95 diagnostic fee with no explanation of charges and the prices are outrageous!! I was able to find a brand new engine and get it installed for half the price of what they where charging for a used engine with no turbo charger... let that sink in.
