I am highly impressed with the service they provided to fix my 2017 vehicle. I thought I have to wait long but to my surprise it was fixed sooner, I want to thank Mr. Oscar, Ms. Shay and whole staff. Good job.
I am happy to say that I received excellent service after my vehicle was towed when it wouldn't start. I have been coming to this place of business for a long time and have recommended them to my friends. I would also like to comment on the waiting area which was very comfortable and clean. The owners and manager Adrian, Carlos, and Oscar are very professional, patient and kind and will take time to address any and all concerns. They just want your money for a $90 diagnostic fee. Even though they’re listed as a repairpal authorized shop with CarMax’s MaxCare warranty. They charge you and then send you to another shop or dealership with the issue unresolved.
Pésimo servicio traje mi camion a que me le cambiaran la transmisión y me quemaron la parte electrónica al conectarla me fregaron la computadora aparte tardaron casi un año y al final tuve que pagarles 2500 dls por un pésimo servicio si no se quedaban con mi camión JAMÁS LO RECOMENDARIA A NADIE
They were great and very patient. Most mechanics don't want to deal with warranty companies AT ALL. The were very patient and worked with my warranty company to get the work done. They were very detailed and empathetic. Couldn't ask for a better group of people to help get my car fixed.
