My other vet couldn't take me and I couldn't wait till they had one open either. So I called Lake City Animal. I told them what was going on and they got me in. The Dr. was sweet, took her time and explained everything to me. They knew I was tight on cash, so they only did what was necessary which actually wasn't as bad as I thought it was gonna be in the end. Everyone was friendly n professional. The vet tech Leia was a sweetheart to. She knew I was stressed so she showed me how n did the first dose of medicine for me.
Hands down the best staff in lake city. They are so caring, so accommodating, so patient and so flexible. The entire team makes you feel like part of their family and you can feel that they truly care about your pets.
We had to dock our cats tail from a freak accident everyone was so helpful wonderful and accommodating got me right on the books as soon as I called will be going back
Even with 2 emergencies ahead of me, they saw my fur baby in a reasonable time.
Open Saturday, turn me away because there's no vet on staff today so what are they open for? This is the second place today to turn me down to even look at my three 6 month old cats that are not eating or drinking for a few days...
