Just like a previous review, scheduled an appointment, no call, no show, called them, told they would call back in 5-10 minutes..... 3 hours ago, haven't heard anything.
The team from Lake City AC & Duct Clean Services was friendly and efficient. They cleaned our ducts quickly and left no mess. Very pleased!
Called setup appointment for Tuesday. They said they would be here between 10-12. No one showed up. Called to see when they would be here, they said they would call back in 15 minutes.. 3 hours later and no call back. Tried 5 times, at different intervals, to call them back and phone was busy every time. Would not recommend these people to anyone.
We setup an appointment and I never received a confirmation or reminder. I took time from work and when I called to follow up as we were an hour away from our scheduled service. They said they will call be back in 5 minutes regarding the appt., and they never did. When I called back, he said that he forgot to call me back. Then he tells me that they have no technicians in the area, so they could not do the service. I took time off from work and they never had any plans to call me regarding canceling or rescheduling.
