I have never had to call 911 for my own family member. We had a scare with my son last night not only were they here within minutes, they were caring and understanding! So grateful and thankful for all of them dispatcher included!

Early last week I fell off a ladder onto a tile floor and instantly knew my back was broken. The paramedics and fire crew showed up within 5 minutes. They were incredibly efficient and careful and kept me calm through it all. Because of their careful handling I am not paralyzed — it could have gone so wrong. I cannot thank the team enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I grew up in Lake Dallas and was even on the Vol FD back in the day and have watched as the Fire Dept has evolved into a state of the art Fire/EMS.You will not find a more professional, classy dedicated group of FF.
