After taking my vehicles to this shop multiple times. Had a very unpleasant and disappointing experience. This time my car went in to get rear breaks done. I dropped it off Tuesday night as I had booked an appointment a week before for Wednesday morning first thing. Turns out nothing was done on Wednesday all day and no one called me to advise me it that the car wasn’t getting done that day. I had to call to find out for myself.
