Awesome place to com visit during the summer, with a local burger joint across the street that is worth the travel time all by itself!
great place for camping, has full hook up but make sure to check for water hook up during late fall/winter.
Pretty cool while the lake is low. Hopefully will make it back to see the swimming area filled up
The campsite itself is beautiful with tall shady trees and large tent pads, and the proximity to the lake is ideal if you're swimming/boating. Unfortunately the sprinklers at our tent site turned on at 6:30 am our first morning and not only sprayed all of our stuff that we left on the picnic table overnight but into our tents (this happened to our neighbor's site as well).
