The campsite itself is beautiful with tall shady trees and large tent pads, and the proximity to the lake is ideal if you're swimming/boating. Unfortunately the sprinklers at our tent site turned on at 6:30 am our first morning and not only sprayed all of our stuff that we left on the picnic table overnight but into our tents (this happened to our neighbor's site as well). The open space had a beautiful layout. The walking paths were smooth, and the greenery made it visually pleasing. It’s a great location for both exercise and relaxation.
