The staff was wonderful to work with. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I actually enjoyed going to physical therapy!
From April through May I was in rehab for a left Total Knee Replacement. Back again with July right Knee Total Replacement. The staff has always been attentive, empathetic, and transparent about what each task is intended to do/ work. Was concerned about 2nd 0ne not going as well as the first. So far so good. My previous experience with Lake Centre for Rehab at Colony had not been productive, so I was skeptical about this referral. However, my point PT person, Sydney, was awesome this time. She was energetic, engaging, aware of my needs & issues to be accomplished, checkpointed with me along the way, listened to my questions & concerns, provided homework, etc. I would recommend Sydney. Had an arthritic hip and the techs in a short period of time worked with me to get a better range of motion and walking better
Worked with Sydney Shaw for several sessions regarding leg and butt pain I had been having for 2+ years. She found a muscle knot that was causing all the discomfort. Worked with her and the staff to resolve the issue. Very grateful for all the progress made. I had been to other therapists, but Lake Center found the root cause and put me on a path to no pain. Wonderful group of professionals.i highly recommend them.
