I recently bought a boat from this place. the finance process was a pain and very unorganized. Where he wanted us to meet at Albertsons because his wife had to do some shopping that evening and we would conduct business in the parking lot. that was a no go. My partner went into this shop with our fishing boat a couple of weeks ago, since they are a mercury certified mechanic, and they gave us a timeline of a week to diagnose; 2 weeks later they finally called us to let us know the issue with the engine. After going down to the shop, we were told the stater was bad and they couldn't find one anywhere and referred us to go to a junk yard to get the part, as if it were discontinued. Friendly & helpful
Upon first use, the fishfinder and live well didn't work. They offered good service fixing the the problems the workers caused. Then when taking it to have a bimi made, the staff there realized the main motor wasn't mounted properly and now have to have major repairs made, to a new boat, to properly mount and repair. The people don't know what they're doing. Buy the boat, but the mechanics can't install things properly. Not even the motor.
We received excellent service. Purchased a new Crestline Boat a week ago, today we picked it up, it is perfect!
