We had a wonderful experience renting a pontoon from this company. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I like that they have a little shop for souvenirs, snacks, and refreshments. They helped us dock and get the boat ready for the day. There was a slight payment miscommunication, and they handled it politely and with great customer satisfaction. We will be back again!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our day out on your pontoon! We were assisted initially by Brit who was a gem and so sweet with our granddaughter. We were given tips on good fishing spots for our granddaughters first time fishing. When we returned the owner helped us disembark and was a patient and fun guy. We would absolutely recommend Lake Carlos Marina!!
These folks are super friendly and accommodating. They really care about you having a good time on their boats and go the extra mile to make sure everything is just right.

My crew had a great experience when we rented a pontoon and lily pad. Mike was awesome about communication. We were greeted kindly at the dock. The boat and lily pad were ready to go. Returning the boat went smoothly. We will definitely rent from Lake Carlos Marina again.
