I went in with severe abdominal pain. I determined later that it was a kidney stone, but they did absolutely nothing except leave me lying on a bed in agony while accusing me of being a drug addict. I'll never use this hospital again.

In the past, I have visited the ER on a few occasions. I have always received excellent care and have continually championed their services to friends and family. Tonight that has come to an abrupt halt. Tonight I received very poor care, from a condescending, inept practitioner named Adam. To level the playing field a little, I am an RN and have actually worked in that ER before. I understand that it was about 2am, but my pain kept getting worse and I needed some relief. Don’t recommend anyone going to this hospital. They do not listen to the patients. The only thing they care about is getting people in and out. This hospital needs shut down before they are responsible for someone’s death IF they haven’t already.

Noel Braseth needs to get his license revoked. Once again he is negligent towards his patients. My nephew went to Lake Butler Hospital for Flu symptoms and instead of hearing his mom out he kept cutting her off and dismissing her. I personally had a problem with the same doctor. Talked to “patient care” who opened an investigation to send me a letter in the mail saying that everything they did to me that day was down to the code.
