Very nice lake, a lot of camping grounds.. We were there when it was still blue algae blooming so it need a good rain to get the algae out.. When going, check the algae status before.. And there were a lot of mosquitoes..
Not surprisingly there is a lake with some basic picnic facilities. We didn’t see any festival, neither did we see any eels...thankfully. Probably a great place if you’re an angler or have a car full of kids needing space to run around after a long car journey. 🚘
