I had the worst experience here. The doctor shamed me for my hormonal acne and for being single (if you know what I mean) during my visit. I felt so uncomfortable. She didn’t do all the tests I asked for, either. The office was also so rude and unhelpful when I had an issue with my insurance after the visit. Nobody would tell me their names while talking to me and had such condescending tones. I’m truly shocked about this experience and I will never go back.
NP Allison Teliszcak and the front desk receptionist were so kind and welcoming as a new patient. They made me feel comfortable and Allison took great care and time at my first appointment. Fantastic location and would recommend if you're looking for an OB.
Dr. Crandall has been my doctor for 30+ years. I have always felt well cared for by him and his staff, whether at the Barrington or Crystal Lake offices. Dr. Crandall takes time to discuss any issues I have and answers all of my questions without rushing through my appointment with him. I give him and his staff 5 stars… He’s the BEST!
