Mercedes back in labs is kind and so good at her craft… I really appreciated her professionalism.
I got deferred to lake Nona where i was psychologically tortured. And denied the basic cleaning items to prevent me from getting a rash. And now I have one. If you wanna read what happened please checkout lake nonas page and I have every right to share. Because if they ask me to take it down it means that they are wrong.
Useless. Rude. Inept. Incompetent. Other than that, they're "wonderful". (Avoid these folks at all cost, your sanity will thank you).
The hours on the site are a bold-faced lie. The only thing open passed 4pm is the Pharmacy (5:15pm) and maybe Urgent Care(4:30pm per Nurse Ratchet). And the cafeteria closes at 2pm. There, at least you have the Truth. If you need real help go to private care.
