I would rather spend 100 years in bootcamp than have to try and make 1 phone to this clinic. Thr phone system is so bad, I now just drive 30mins to there just to schedule appointments or ask a question. I do want to note its not the staff that is the issue, it is the whole phone system and how everything is set up. Everyone at this clinic is wonderful

Constant nightmare. But to mitigate the nightmare don’t get assigned to women’s health at this clinic you will always set yourself up for more headache and incompetence than normal.

From the time on my first visit to now(approximately 2 yrs), They have only ever been interested in prescribing medication. I went there to get physical therapy and have since collected well over 500 (maybe even close to 1000) pills of assorted medications, some necessary, others questionable. You come to the VA to get help and instead get ridiculed when some health care provider doesn't like your disabled story. I am so grateful to the entire VA clinic. My brother is a homeless vet and has struggled with mental health issues for the past 20 years. My parents have mostly managed his care until recently. I was concerned with how the day would go but every step along the way was met with people who advocated for him and pointed me in the right direction.
