I called the number presented. Woman had an attitude I asked for dental for lake Baldwin. She sent me to physical therapy. Then the guy who transferred me over sent me to lake Nona dental and they didn't even pick up.
Today will mark the last time I'll go to the pain clinic at this VA. There's a very poor communication, lack of commitment and systematic failures in this clinic. Inspite of filing complaints with patient advocate twice and discussing the failures with their supervisor nothing changes. One particular issue I've dealt with for 2yrs with adaptive sports, I got an equipment to enhance my mental and physical needs and prove to be a failure with a ramp that weights at least 100lbs for a sitting bike. Swift and Bold all the way.....
I would rather spend 100 years in bootcamp than have to try and make 1 phone to this clinic. Thr phone system is so bad, I now just drive 30mins to there just to schedule appointments or ask a question. I do want to note its not the staff that is the issue, it is the whole phone system and how everything is set up. Everyone at this clinic is wonderful
