I had went to the lab and radiology today and they all did great! Mercedes was doing my lab work and she did great! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes!

Who is doing the hiring in the lab? Are they only hiring rude passive-aggressive techs rejected by other healthcare facilities. This is the 3rd time we've encountered these types of people in this lab. I actually spoke up this time & the female tech acknowledged she doesn't even look at the patients. "I looked at him side ways & not with my back. Go ahead and write yo letter, ok." I said, "Can you at least say hello? Thank him for his service?
