I am extremely dissatisfied with the Lake Baldwin VA's Teal Team, whose incompetence, arrogance, and lack of care are appalling. They seem to review patient files only when seeking to cause harm to their families. My husband, who has been on the same medication for 10 years, was forced to run out before being informed that an MRI was necessary, resulting in severe withdrawal symptoms.
