Efficient and friendly
We were referred to Lake Automotive by Blackjack Marina. We had an issue with our boat trailer tire. I called them and they told us to bring it in and they would work us in. When we arrive, there were lots of vehicles. They were very busy. We did not have to wait at all. They got us in immediately and replaced both our trailer tires in 15 minutes. Traveling from out of town and had a screw In a tire. We stopped and they took care of it quickly to get us back on the road!
Started cussing at me when I told him I didn't know my tire size. Unprofessional. Also didn't answer the first time and just hung up on me immediately.
