Edit. The manger had shown me not only that they have turned it around, but they really care about feedback. They really impressed me. I would recommend this place to anyone. I have pawned stuff here before and had a great experience. But today my fiancé went into the shop to pawn off a few things ( including some items that had been pawned there before) and the gentleman behind the counter told her "I don't think that stuff is real, I'm going to pass". I walked in looking for pendants because I make jewelry. The two guys working there were friendly and very helpful. The shop was clean and they were very knowledgeable about what they were selling. I would definitely go back again. Great experience.
