Great place to work. Applied because I wanted to learn and LAB seemed like a great place to do it. Learned a ton from supervisors and coworkers about everything from welding to AC/DC circuitry. Staff took pride in what they build and it reflects in the quality of the finished product. Anyone who wants a stable job with opportunities to move up through dedication and hard work, this is a great place to be involved.
Not a very well ran business . Under paid and not very well managed . They can’t keep people and fire people for crazy reasons. Also will hire people that fail pre employment drug test . Would not recommend to anyone to work here !
