Its zero star actually. The guy from lake area appliance came two times did not even know how to repair or how to find out which part needs to repair, he kept asking unrelated questions which were not part of the work order and he was not bothered about the what the work order was even. At the end he managed to cancel the work order. NEVER hire this company. The woman on the phone gave me wrong answers when called back and was very arrogant too.
Took grandmas washer to them to repair. Got it back a month later, fixed, but with pine needles and mildew on the inside because it had clearly been left outside the whole time. She asked them if it had been left outside, the answer being obvious, and they lied to her.
Horrible experience so far. It’s been nearly 6 months and my refrigerator is still not fixed. paid over $200 for them to show up whenever they want and unplug my refrigerator. It’s so ridiculous
I've bought a Refrigerator a washer and a dryer and the products are great and the in store personal and the delivery folk's are great. The prices are reasonable And I'll be back!
WARNING **** This company came to our home to repair our refrigerator, Mike was the repair person who came in a car with no tools and just a clipboard. He told me that it was normal wear and tear and lied to the insurance company about what was wrong with my refrigerator! They are unprofessional and have cost our house more than it should have! Be aware of this company!
