BEWARE!!! This is a scam company. Charles Talley Jr can not be trusted. He took a check for over 20k from us on 2-19-2022 and never was to be seen again. After months of excuses of why the job was not started he has become unreachable and has stolen our money. We are now working with the Attorney General’s office and hopefully no one else will get scammed by him in the future.

You really find out what a company or person is like when things don't go right. Lake Area Exteriors installed shingles for us on an apartment building three years ago. We had issues with shingles blowing off not long after and it happened several times (he thinks there was a flaw in the batch of shingles we got). Charles promptly went out and fixed the issue each time with no hesitation. We would definitely use them again.
